melhorias significativas na conformidade. A taxa de uso do cinto de seguran\u00e7a aumentou de cerca de 3-4% em 2005 para uma taxa de conformidade de cerca de 80% em 2008.<\/p><p>A tarefa foi conclu\u00edda como um esfor\u00e7o colaborativo de publicidade\/execu\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Sakhalin Road Safety Partnership e a Road Traffic Police. Esta foi uma das primeiras campanhas de cinto de seguran\u00e7a de seu tempo na regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Os objetivos da campanha do cinto de seguran\u00e7a foram aumentar a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o, melhorar a atitude e encorajar socialmente o uso do cinto de seguran\u00e7a. Alguns objetivos espec\u00edficos da campanha foram os seguintes<\/p><ul><li>Aumentar a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00fablico-alvo sobre os riscos de ferir seus entes queridos ou a si mesmos em caso de n\u00e3o uso do cinto de seguran\u00e7a.<\/li><li>Aumentar significativamente a propor\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00fablico-alvo que usa cinto de seguran\u00e7a.<\/li><\/ul><p>A campanha foi desenvolvida em quatro fases, identificando os grupos que ainda n\u00e3o cumpriam o uso do cinto de seguran\u00e7a ao final de cada fase e direcionando-os para a campanha seguinte. Por exemplo, as tr\u00eas primeiras fases visaram todos os motoristas e passageiros; no entanto, o grupo mais inquieto com o uso do cinto de seguran\u00e7a (homens entre 18 e 35 anos) foi direcionado durante a fase quatro.<\/p><p>A campanha usou v\u00e1rios meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o diferentes para atingir seu p\u00fablico, como segue<\/p><ul><li>televis\u00e3o<\/li><li>r\u00e1dio<\/li><li>outdoors<\/li><li>bandeiras de rua transversal<\/li><li>Internet<\/li><li>outros meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o populares.<\/li><\/ul><p>A amostragem de v\u00eddeo foi usada para medir o sucesso da campanha. Al\u00e9m disso, imagens de v\u00eddeo permitiram a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos grupos de dire\u00e7\u00e3o mais resistentes (ou seja, faixa et\u00e1ria de 18 a 35 anos conforme a fase quatro) para inclus\u00e3o\/foco na pr\u00f3xima campanha.<\/p><p>O custo at\u00e9 o momento do projeto foi da ordem de $375.000 d\u00f3lares mais centenas de horas de Pol\u00edcia.
